How do I make a Purchase?

Once you have found an item you like, choose your size, your quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page. You can review the items you’ve selected by clicking ‘Shopping Cart’ link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Once you have finalized your order click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order.

Do I need to Set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at EGNARPK without creating an account.

How do I create an account at EGNAR?

Click the ‘Sign Up’ button and fill in short form, with all your relevant information. Once you have created an account, you can log on to the site and ‘Sign In’. Please not that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out.

How do I edit my details once I have made my account? 

Click on the ‘My Account’ tab and you can edit the details there. Any information you want can be edited and changed there.

Is my personal information kept positive? 

Online privacy is of high value to us. All your information is kept private and confidential and will under no circumstances be shared with any third party. Please read our ‘Privacy Policy’ in full detail.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do? 

You can reset your password by following the ‘Forgotten Password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page. Please note your old password will not be sent to you for security reasons.

What payment methods does EGNAR accept?

Currently the following payment methods are accepted:

Cash on Delivery: This is available for customer throughout, Pakistan. In this option you can pay our delivery agent through cash upon receiving your order. Please try to have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents are sometimes out of change.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost? 

It usually takes around 3-5 working days to deliver our orders from the date of order placed.

We charge a fixed amount of PKR 200 throughout, Pakistan. Orders exceeding PKR 5000 will incur no delivery cost.

Do you offer same day delivery? 

We do not offer same day delivery at the moment.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order? 

All purchases while in transit from EGNARl to your shipping address are insured of theft and accidental damage. Once you have signed for it upon delivery then it no longer covered. We require proof of delivery to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition, hence your signature is required.

Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of taxes?

Our prices are inclusive of taxes.

Does EGNAR ship to multiple addresses? 

We Deliver to one address per order. You can place a separate order for each destination.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
